About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Administrative Assistant to assist our client based in Sydney, Australia, with day-to-day administrative duties and special projects as required. With a growing team in Cebu, you will be working directly with the Founder but will have the Team Lead in Cebu be your trainer/mentor.


This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role in Cebu City.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal English, professional and communicates confidently on the phone and by email
  • Love technology and not overwhelm with using different software applications
  • Approachable and passionately finds ways over, around or through barriers to success.
  • Ability to achieve results, Goes beyond the call of duty, A results-focused “doer”.
  • Background knowledge in a law firm, real estate or banking industry is preferred but not essential
  • Mandarin speaker is preferred but not essential.

About You

You are self-motivated and are looking to develop your career into an Executive Assistant role down the track, with a global company. You are enthusiastic, able to deal with multiple demands, possess good organizational skills, demonstrate attention to detail in all written communications, and have a high standard of work with a flexible approach and a positive outlook. You have superb time management skills and the ability to prioritize and plan ahead.

You will be required to do the following:

  • Entering and maintaining large volumes of data with high attention to detail
  • Answering emails and phone calls and directing phone calls
  • Managing calendars, making appointments, and prioritizing follow-up calls
  • Assisting in social media tasks and online marketing
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required
