About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a warm and outgoing personality. Someone who is not shy and is happy to communicate with people from all over the world. We have a casual and friendly work environment, and we encourage our employees to build relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Able to plot calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events under instructions.
  • Able to enter, track and manage data about existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage and maintain data to remain consistent, complete, and accurate.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Assist with social media marketing tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in travel.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite and leveraging the different applications to work productively and efficiently.
  • Proficient with Excel, and familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Graphics and web design experience (WordPress).
  • Able to use other creative and productivity tools such as Canva and Adobe to create visuals for reports and presentations.
