About the Role

We are pooling for the E-Commerce Specialist role!

In this role you are the driver of our e-commerce space. Every day, you will analyse and optimise our web shops. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and our digital partners, you will be hands-on living in the carts and analytics tools, to help us continue to grow our business and brands successfully. To create solutions for a healthier world.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalise on e-commerce opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Oversee the design, functionality, and content of our e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Hands-on updating and optimising conversion on our web shops every day (Team Medical and other brands).
• Collaborating with our digital partners and challenging them to continuously improve results and innovation in the digital space.
• Utilise data to make informed decisions and continuously optimise experiences and results.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Procurement Teams to stay on top of accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and images across range and customer segments.

• Hang out and have fun with the team.
• Monitor and monthly report on e-commerce KPIs and sales.
• Other tasks in a busy team where we’re all hands-on and make things happen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience with e-commerce
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
• You may have a Uni degree, you may not.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Experience with web development and content management systems like WordPress and possibly Salesforce Commerce.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and SEO to collaborate with our Digital Agency.
• Strong analytical skills
• Curious
• Preferably some B2B experience
• Preferably some knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry, especially primary care.
