About the Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist! In this role, you will provide essential support to our Learning and Development department, contributing to the design, coordination, and implementation of learning and development programs within the organization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing knowledge, skills, and performance through effective learning initiatives.

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role in Cebu City.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or other related field
2-3 years of experience in public or private institutional education
Strong communication, public speaking, coordination, and facilitation skills
Familiarity with technological applications including AI
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Work with L&D Manager in developing learning content and material including instructional design principles, multimedia tools, and learning resources
Work with L&D Manager in creating instructional materials and collaterals
Coordinate and manage learning programs including logistics, scheduling, and communications and assist in collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective learning solutions
Organize learning and development engagement activities both onsite and online
Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team such as scheduling, appointment setting, and email management
Work with talent management coach in keeping track of learning and development records
