About the Role

The Purchasing and Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes tasks related to purchasing, production, and operations. The Purchasing and Production Coordinator will also be responsible for managing and tracking projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.


This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role in Cebu City.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

  • Request and order all materials needed to complete projects.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Process and check supplier invoices ready for payment.


Production/Operations:

  • Understand the project/program and its requirements and scope.
  • Prepare factory job cards and calculate the number of materials needed.
  • Assists and coordinates the Operations Manager in planning and organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Reviewing of installation and production schedule.


Project Management:

  • Manage and track projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and keep them updated on project progress.
  • Identify and resolve any roadblocks or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
  • Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or project management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB, and HubSpot
