About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and successfully executing various projects.

The ideal candidate MUST HAVE marketing or advertising agency experience, be highly detailed and can work through and manage integrated projects. Candidates must be able to work independently, handling many projects simultaneously, and collaborate within a team environment.

This is a night shift, office-based in Cebu City or Work from Home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of marketing or advertising agency experience, with a strong background in website development, trade show management, media planning, and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital marketing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development: Lead website development projects from concept to launch. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and align with client goals.
• Trade Show Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and post-event follow-up. Ensure a strong presence that promotes client brands effectively.
• Media Planning and Execution: Develop media strategies that align with client objectives and budgets. Execute media plans across various channels, such as print, online, TV, and radio. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Collaborate with digital specialists to ensure campaigns drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication. Provide regular updates, address client inquiries, and manage expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, copywriters, and marketing specialists. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project finances to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to client guidelines.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate project performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize project outcomes.
