About the Role

We are looking for a Workforce Administrator (Recruitment) to join our dynamic team. The Workforce Administrator is responsible for supporting all recruitment activities within the organization.

This is a permanent, full-time, day-shift, office-based role in Cebu City.

Responsibilities:

  • Document chasing and checks
  • Compliance checks
  • Employment reference checks
  • Resume screening and pre-screening calls
  • Setting up interviews
  • Member (support worker) engagement
  • Collating monthly member newsletter
  • Social media posts to source new applicants
  • Managing our Outlook email inbox and responding to member queries
  • Adhoc tasks to support the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or similar role
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in using job boards and social media platforms for recruitment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
