This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role in Cebu City.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll have an integral role in helping the client's business grow by generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients.


In this job, you will prospect, qualify, and develop potential new clients, as well as manage and maintain relationships with existing clients. You'll have the opportunity to build a network through social media channels, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies, and you'll be expected to contribute to the creation and implementation of these campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential new clients
  • Create and manage lead lists
  • Conduct research on target industries and companies
  • Initiate contact with potential clients using a variety of channels, including email and social media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with the onshore sales team to strategize lead-generation campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales
  • Experience with lead generation and management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
