About the Role

Our client is an Australian-based general insurance firm, and they are looking for a rockstar General Insurance Administrator to be part of their growing offshore team.

If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and an eye for detail, then this role is for you!

This is a dayshift, full-time role with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and organisational support to the team
• Administering policy pre-renewal
• Obtaining and preparing quotations
• Invoice processing and gathering of documents

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good interpersonal skills
• Previous general insurance experience is preferred
