About the Role


This is a dayshift, full-time role with weekends off.

Requirements

Our client is an Australian-based firm that encompasses insurance and financial planning services, and they are looking for a rockstar MARKETING AND FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR


In this role you will be assisting with the management of marketing projects and initiatives and provide finance administration for the business.
What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the external Marketing team to implement Marketing initiatives and ad hoc Marketing Projects
  • Social Media Management and Content Planning
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when required
  • Provide administrative support for all marketing efforts and implementation of company’s brand strategies
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager and external Accountant to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all bank transactions for the General Team
  • Assist with generating end-of-month budget reports using Xero Accounting software
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager in matters relating to accounts and finance

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of key accounting concepts (bookkeeping experience is a nice-to-have)
  • Experience in using any accounting software (Xero experience is preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (confident on the phone is desired)
