We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SENIOR RECRUITER looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and join our team.


This is a Full Time role, Monday to Friday, Dayshift.
Office-based position in central Cebu City.

About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter, your role would be to guide and mentor the junior team members continuously in order to improve the department's efficiency. You'll be responsible for designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent. Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while nurturing a strong employer brand and boosting departmental morale will also be a part of your responsibility.

Your talent assessment and matching expertise will help us provide the right talent consistently, exceeding client expectations and building lasting partnerships. You will also build trust and relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and proactively providing solutions through your recruitment expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of at least five (5) years in recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of diverse industries and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative recruitment practices and technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
    Identify and attract top-tier talent.
    Conduct comprehensive searches using advanced search techniques and Boolean operators to identify qualified candidates.
    Create accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
    Develop comprehensive sourcing and attraction plans.
  • Candidate screening and assessments
    Conduct structured interviews using behavioural and competency-based questions to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    Provide comprehensive feedback on candidate performance and contribute to the decision-making process during the selection stage.
    Thoroughly research the candidate and the role, clearly understanding the organisation's needs and expectations.
  • Candidate evaluation and selection
    Identifies relevant skills and experience, accurately assesses job fit, and recognises potential red flags in a resume.
    Conducts thorough and insightful reference checks, asks relevant follow-up questions, and identifies potential concerns.
    Weighs strengths and weaknesses of candidates and makes well-informed hiring recommendations based on job requirements.
  • Offer management and negotiation
    Extend job offers to select candidates, including negotiating compensation packages, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Candidate experience and relationship management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
    Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment plans, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
    Managing end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel valued, engaged, and well-informed throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Recruitment strategy and employer branding
    Conduct thorough job analyses, identifying key competencies and qualifications required for success in specific roles.
    Leveraging multiple channels, including digital platforms, employer review sites, and employee referral programs, to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Policies and process management and compliance
    Keep track of new updates on relevant regulations and maintain awareness of changes in the economic and legal landscape.
  • Continuous improvements and data analytics
    Track and analyse KPIs and metrics to measure recruitment performance, ROI, pipeline quality, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
    Optimise the recruitment process, decreasing the hiring time and lowering associated costs.
    Apply data-driven insights to enhance sourcing strategies.
